01Pick up your kit
Location, days and times will be posted on the race's social media. Bring an official photo ID; someone else can pick up for you with your signed authorization, except in the 60+, PCD and Elite categories.

Near the start, at Praça Portugal: bag check, medical area, restrooms, info desk and running club and sponsor tents.

Saturday: 5K, 10K and Kids Run. Sunday: the half. Always facing the bay, on Beira-Mar Norte.

Oakberry Kids Run
The family's first start line: a race for kids ages 2 to 13, on Saturday, May 1.

When and where is the race?
Saturday, May 1, and Sunday, May 2, 2027. Start and finish on Avenida Jornalista Rubens de Arruda Ramos (Beira-Mar Norte), by Praça Portugal, in downtown Florianópolis. Start times will be announced by April 19, 2027, on social media and the registration page.
What are the distances?
On Saturday: 5 km, 10 km, the Oakberry Kids Run and leg 1 of the challenges. On Sunday: the half marathon (21,097 km) and leg 2 of the challenges. All courses are 100% paved, with climbs and descents.
How do the 26K and 31K challenges work?
One registration covers two races by the same athlete: 5 km (26K Challenge) or 10 km (31K Challenge) on Saturday, and the half marathon on Sunday. Finish both within each race's criteria and you earn the special challenge finisher medal, picked up at the arena once results are official.
How does medal engraving work?
Engraving on one medal is part of the VIP Kit, along with the finisher jacket and VIP area access. The simulation on this page is illustrative: engraving text and format follow the organizers' standard.
What's the minimum age?
Age 18 for the half marathon and the challenges, 16 for the 10 km and 14 for the 5 km, reached by December 31, 2027. The Oakberry Kids Run is for ages 2 to 13. Runners under 18 need written consent from a parent or legal guardian, handed in with a copy of the guardian's ID at kit pickup.
What's the time limit?
3 hours for the half marathon, 2 hours for the 10 km and 1 hour for the 5 km, counted from each race's start time.
What comes in each kit?
Basic: chip-timed race bib, finisher medal and sponsor goodies, when available. Standard: everything in Basic plus the official 2027 T-shirt. Finisher: everything in Standard plus the finisher T-shirt. VIP: everything in Finisher, plus the finisher jacket, engraving on one medal and VIP area access.
When and where do I pick up my kit?
Location, days and times will be announced on the race's social media. Bring an official photo ID, physical or digital. Someone else can pick up for you with a signed authorization (the template is in the rules) and a copy of your ID, except in the 60+, PCD and Elite categories. Kits not picked up during that window won't be handed out later.
Is there a discount for ages 60+ and PCD (people with disabilities)?
Runners age 60 or older on race day pay 50% of the current tier price and must pick up their kit in person, with an original ID. People with disabilities get 100% off the Standard Kit: send your ID, a medical report with the ICD code, your course and the PCD category to atendimento@sportslandbr.com by January 25, 2027. Discounts can't be combined with other promotions.
Can I transfer my registration or change distance or kit?
Free of charge until February 8, 2027, by emailing atendimento@sportslandbr.com. From February 9 to March 19, each change costs R$ 50,00, plus any price difference. After that, only on site at kit pickup, for R$ 70,00. Distance and T-shirt changes depend on availability.
Is there an elite field and prize money?
Yes. The half's elite field has 70 men's and 70 women's spots, with a verified qualifying time (under 1:10 in the half or 2:20 in the marathon for men; under 1:30 or 3:00 for women) and an application by March 25, 2027. In the half, prize money goes to the elite field only; there are also age-group trophies. Each race's criteria are in the rules.
What's the registration deadline?
Until April 19, 2027, or sooner if the race's registration cap is reached. Prices change by price tier; the dates are right above.
What if I can't make it?
Refunds are available within the 7-day period set by Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. After that period, the amount paid is non-refundable.
